KOGA Kimera
The Koga designers have achieved a drastic improvement in comfort and aerodynamics in the new Kimera without sacrificing the bikes much-acclaimed stiffness/weight relationship. The visibly slimmer tubes and frame and fork integrated brakes minimize drag and give the Kimera a remarkable clean design. At the same time, the Kimera retains its own distinctive look through the slightly curved top tube and the Monostay seat stay.
The new Kimera has inner cable routing with the cable guide being compatible with the Shimano Di2. The drop outs are made from carbon to reduce weight and ensure the optimal contact with the frame. Furthermore, the Kimera has a PressFit bottom bracket, a tapered head tube and replaceable derailleur hanger. The Kimera is equipped with a lightweight racing saddle with carbon frame and a 27.2mm seatpost for excellent cushioning. Reinforced with this upgrade the Kimera strengthens further its segment leadership.
The new KOGA Kimera is available at the KOGA dealer from March 2014 in two versions: The Kimera Road Premium and the Kimera Road Prestige. For more information please visit www.koga.com
